Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after successful payment.
  • Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.
  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via third-party courier partners.
  • Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimated, not guaranteed.
  • Delivery timelines start after dispatch, not from order date.
  • Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, remote locations, or regulatory constraints.

Shipping Coverage

  • We offer domestic shipping, subject to courier serviceability.
  • If a location is not serviceable, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Additional shipping or pickup charges will apply for returns or exchanges.

Tracking

  • Once dispatched, customers receive:
    • Courier name
    • Tracking number
    • Tracking link
  • Customers are advised to track their shipment regularly.

Returns & Reverse Pickup

  • Returns are accepted only as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
  • Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason:
    • Company error (defect/wrong item): GUSTO bears return shipping
    • Customer reasons (preference/address/refusal): Customer bears shipping cost
  • Reverse pickup is arranged only after exchange approval.
  • A custom or another return address is not possible because courier companies do not offer this option.

Force Majeure

  • GUSTO is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or courier disruptions.
